The Curve 8520 has had something of a makeover. The design has been eased off slightly, it is instantly recognizable as a BlackBerry and it looks quite sharp. The design differentiation is backed-up by hardware differentiation, which is where RIM really saves the cash.
The keyboard feels great, It is crisp and precise – exactly the sort of thing you need for bashing out emails.
But the biggest change here is that it has a optical trackpad. The optical trackpad works well enough, giving you full navigation of the OS without any difficulties.
The camera around the back is 2-megapixels. Which gives a decent picture clarity. The battery life on the Curve 8520 is impressive, thanks to the lower hardware specs.
Audio quality is great,The 8520 supports quite a few standard video formats so you can enjoy movies without having to worry about too much conversion.
In fact, it is excellent value for money, comes with best mobile email service and has a n excellent keyboard, we believe up graders could get even better Idea, a must buy.
