2. The Gift voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of The Body Shop products.
3. No cash will be refunded even if purchase value is less than voucher value.
4. Purchaser would have to make good of any amount in excess of the Gift Voucher value through accepted modes of payment at the stores against the purchases.
5. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed.
6. Incase of lost of gift voucher, no replacement would be provided.
