Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:
You will implement large parts of the Tradus platform. You will be a key contributor to the next version of the product. All our engineers own the production environment and operational support on a rotating on-call basis. You will be expected to

  • Participate in and improve the on-call tools and process.
  • Write maintainable code focused on scale, performance and reliability.
  • Follow test driven development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Computer Science (or equivalent) degree is a must.
  • Expertise in Algorithms and Data Structures a must.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Reasonable OO design skills.
  • Fluency in at least one of - C++, JAVA, PhP, RoR, Python. Strong RDBMS and Linux concepts.
  • Open to working in (and learning) new languages and frameworks a must

Technical Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:
You will Architect large parts of the next version of the the platform, leading a team of developers. Mentor developers in your team and be responsible for the quality of the code they produce and keenly enforce a test driven approach to software development. All our engineers own the production environment and operational support on a rotating on-call basis. You will be expected to improve the on-call tools and process. You will architect, design and code large parts of the product focused on scale, performance and reliability. You will also contribute to the definition and refinement of the software development process

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Computer Science (or equivalent) degree is a must.
  • Expertise in Algorithms and Data Structures a must.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience. You should have made substantial contribution in at least one major product release.
  • Expertise in system design and OO design.
  • Fluency in at least one of - C++, JAVA, PhP, RoR, Python. Strong database concepts and Linux concepts.
  • Experience in Agile development is a plus
  • Open to working in (and learning) new languages and frameworks a must

Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

  • Designing the seasonal/monthly looks and getting them executed across the categories /sub categories on c1 pages
  • Maintaining VM standards all across categories pages and Home page
  • Providing featured product support to marketing team for Facebook and mailers
  • Conceptualizing and executing of seasonal/collection Banners across categories
  • Providing creative support and comprehensive design solutions to the marketing team for mailers
  • Ensuring the in stock position
  • Ensuring a good Product knowledge and display theme for the entire product across fashion category
  • Maintaining VM Calendar according to the marketing
  • Knowledge of CorelDraw/Photoshop

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Visual Merchandising, Attention to detail, Creativity, Artistic ability, Imagination and good design sense are necessary skills. Knowledge of Local and International fashion and Visual Merchandising Trends is also required.

Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and process emails along with making outbound calls to the customer and external vendors. Resolve Customers issue.

Requirements:

  • You are a Bachelor / Graduate in any stream with at least 50% marks.
  • Excellent communication skill (English & Hindi).
  • You have worked with an international / domestic business (voice / non voice) for at least 1 year in a customer care profile.
  • You are flexible and adapt to changes.
  • You should be able to handle stress with a customer service bent of mind.

Subject Matter Expert - Customer Care

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for floor walking & providing real time help to Customer Care Executives. We will expect you to mentor a team of approximately 15 - 20 agents. Perform Quality Monitoring and provide feedback for Inbound and Outbound Calls and emails. You would be a key member to help us meet the required service level components, standards and process targets. Escalations: Handling real time escalations follow up / call back process. Key person to drive process initiatives & closely working with the management team.

Requirements:

  • You are a Bachelor / Graduate in any stream with at least 50% marks.
  • Excellent communication skill (English & Hindi).
  • You have worked with an international / domestic business (voice / non voice) for at least 2 years in a SME / escalations profile.
  • You are a positive person with a "never say die" attitude.
  • You are flexible and adapt to changes.
  • You should be able to handle stress with a customer service bent of mind.
