What does it mean by Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
Cash On Delivery (COD) is a method of making payment where our customers can buy products online and then get the flexibility of making the payments at the time of actual delivery. With the introduction of the option, customers can make payment of their purchase to the delivery person at the time of delivery. In addition, the COD mode of payment is made in cash to the delivery person.

How long will you take to deliver me an item if I buy it via COD?
Generally, we deliver items within 24 to 48 hours, but it depends upon the distance.
Can I use credit card or offer cheque for the payment in place of cash?
No. Neither you can use credit card nor offer cheque. In fact, COD payments have to be made in cash only.
When should I make payment for my Cash On Delivery order?
You have to make the payment to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery.
How does COD option work?
You buy a product of your requirement on tradus using the COD option, and then we ship the product to you by courier. The courier company will deliver the item at your desired address & collect the total item cost in cash. Then the payment will be remitted to us.
